Crowd Pleasers: Simple Summer Dessert

We love summer for so many reasons, but one of our favorite things is gatherings or festivals that call for sweet summer desserts. If you're attending a party or just want to make a night at home extra special, then file the recipe below away for that perfect, crowd-pleasing summer sweet.

Quick & Easy Ice Cream Dessert

24 Ice Cream Sandwiches (Vanilla or Chocolate)

1 jar of Caramel Ice Cream Topping

1 16 oz Whipped Topping

¼ cup Chopped Pecans

Arrange a layer of ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish; pour caramel topping over sandwiches and spread whipped topping on top of caramel. Sprinkle with pecans. Cover dish with aluminum foil and freeze until set, at least 30 minutes.
